Rules of travel in international traffic

At the moment, our service does not provide an opportunity to buy tickets to international destinations, only in Russia.

Next, the general rules of travel abroad of the Russian Federation are laid out.

Before purchasing tickets for international trains (even transit ones), it is necessary to find out the details of crossing the state border by contacting the competent authorities or the consular department of the embassy of the country where the trip is planned. If any documents are insufficient, a person will simply be dropped off the train, closing access to the territory of foreign states.

Passengers are obliged to carry out passport and visa arrangements and customs formalities, including rules for the carriage of hand luggage and baggage, as the carrier is not responsible for the consequences of their non-compliance.

The list and symbols of documents that will need to be issued

To travel to Abkhazia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, you must have:

  • MON – passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;

Features of border crossing by children

Minors under the age of 18, in addition to the listed documents for leaving the country, must have the consent of their parents (guardians) signed by a notary. A child traveling with one of the parents must be entered in his passport, or have his own, and from the age of 7, the presence of a photo is mandatory.

If a child travels outside the Russian Federation without legal representatives, for example, as part of a children's group, in addition to a foreign passport, he must have their consent, notarized, with a clear indication of the destination and the time of departure.
