Using the bonus card there is an opportunity to get a good discount. The Russian Railways Bonus program encourages its customers by creating a cumulative bonus account, the points of which can later be spent to purchase new tickets. Points are awarded for domestic and international travel in trains and non-stop cars of JSC "Federal Passenger Company", which is a subsidiary of JSC "Russian Railways", including trains "Sapsan".

Those participating in the program are required to fill out a certain registration form and receive an individual bonus card to accumulate points. Participants of this program receive points for timely paid and actually completed trips, which are automatically accrued during the month from the moment of departure of the train.

The discount amount is formed at a subsequent stage and is taken into account in the calculation of the final ticket price.

The holder of the "Universal" card receives a 10% discount when buying travel documents for trains "Peregrine Falcon" or "Swallow", following in the direction of "St. Petersburg". 

The roadmap is personalized, so only one person can use it, it is impossible to transfer it to anyone, as well as restore it if lost. The cost of the card is 3 thousand rubles, exchange and refund are not carried out, the validity period is one year from the date of purchase.

For the road map "Universal" it is necessary to approach the conductors of 6 (16) cars, as well as to the ticket offices of JSC "Russian Railways" at the following addresses:

• Moscow, street. Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya, 40/12, building 11 (metro stations «Baumanskaya», «Krasnoselskaya»). 
• St. Petersburg, Ostrovsky Square, house 2 (metro stations «Gostiny dvor», «Nevsky Prospekt »).  

If you want to purchase a discounted ticket on the website, you need to dial your roadmap number in a specially designated window, while you will not be able to use other discounted fares or offers. The discount of road maps does not apply to tickets purchased in the "1P" and "1B" superior cars.
